Visit Scunthorpe

VisitScunthorpe.Com started life in 2009 as my personal blog. I did not like wordpress as it was very one sided, I wrote, reader's commented.

I wanted a web site that the whole community could participate in as equals, and discuss issues of local concern / import, so I decided to develop my own blogging tools.

Visit Scunthorpe deals with all local issues, local politics and a few national events which affect Scunthorpe very directly. It's a free site and I actively encourage any one in the North Lincolnshire Area to sign up and start telling us what's going on.

I've also added photo galleries and a highly searchable database with all the local councillors, contact details and responsibilities in it
